**Role Description**

We are actively looking for skilled Web Developers to join our dynamic pool. As a member of our pool, the Web Developer will be integral to executing day-to-day development tasks, involving the design and construction of front-end and back-end web applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, collaborative work with team members, and ensuring projects are completed promptly, meeting client specifications and budget constraints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Undertake front-end and back-end web application design and construction as part of day-to-day tasks.
2. Identify and address technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless project progress.
3. Work closely with team members to share insights, enhance collective capabilities, and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
4. Ensure projects are completed on time, meeting client specifications, and adhering to budget constraints.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in web development and programming languages.
- Back-End Development: Skills in server-side programming languages like Java, PHP, or Python.
- Front-End Development: Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Track record of ensuring timely project completion within specified parameters.

**Fee per Project:**

Compensation for Web Developers will be based on a fee per project. The specific amount will be determined based on the scope and complexity of each project.
